i started this week to train for a marathon
been runnin though
but for some reason the past two runs have sucked
first run i ran two miles and walked the last one
it was hot
i was dry heaving
trees from the storm on the sidewalks were in the way!!!
grrrrr
did i mention it was hot as fuck
then yesterday
my 3 mile time was quicker
but i did end up throwing up
today is another 3 miler than
i can rest tomorrow
i work tonite
so its gonna be interesting how tired
i'm gonna be at work now especially on sundays
with my long runs
i looked at the training plan and was like
what run 17 miles than work at night
i don't know about that
i'm gonna stick with the schedule as much as i can
but
gonna have to schedule my longs runs on days off
and that sucks
sometimes i long for those mon to fri 9-5 office jobs
no blood,urine,feces, sputum around
the kind of stress that has no adrenaline attached to it
where no one dies
no crying family members
you know a job like that
i know i need a change
its coming soon i promise
and i will gurantee my blog will get a lil bit more interesting
once i start travel nursing in jan
looking for my first lap top
woohoo
ok gotta get at least 4 more hours of sleep before the 3 miler than work
sorry its been awhile
been in a funk
is there such thing as a 29 year old mid life crisis
30 is comin up and i'm starting to look back on my life
reassessing where i would like to be in the future

As far as the 5 days a wk goes.. 9-5... mmm. I miss the 3 days on 4 days off! haha. It's a diff kind of stress... Hope we can hang out soon! -Mel
